Every day, we scroll, swipe, click and hope nothing bad happens. Truth is, hoping isn’t a plan. I love how this breaks it down: sixty focused minutes, four practical steps, and suddenly your digital life isn’t a vulnerable mess it’s a fortress.

I think what hits me most is the “Human Firewall” part. All the passwords and 2FA in the world won’t help if we don’t train ourselves to be aware, deliberate, and intentional online. That’s the piece that often gets overlooked.

Sixty minutes. That’s it. One hour to swap anxiety for control. And honestly? That’s worth every minute of distraction we give the internet otherwise.✨
